Ryan Bergsma

Ryan Bergsma serves as Technology Director and Security Manager at the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), where he leads three teams focused on IT operations, application development, and customer support. He oversees CSA’s cloud-based infrastructure and its security, while managing the use, integration, and security of AI tools across the organization. A CCSK holder, Ryan led the development of CSA’s first online self-paced CCSK training program and has contributed to multiple CSA research artifacts. His work bridges technical implementation with strategic security leadership, helping organizations worldwide approach cloud security certification and risk assessment. Ryan holds a BS in Computer Information System Security from Western Washington University.
